Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order to secure availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our make a return page via our website with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
